His practice includes internal investigations\, executive search\, and employment law compliance.  He is currently the State Director of the Minnesota State Council of SHRM.\n\n\n\nJustin led HR for numerous organizations in industrial construction\, healthcare\, and public education.  For ten years Justin served as Senior Lecturer in the Legal Studies and Business Departments at UW-Superior and is a regular speaker at professional conferences.  Justin is licensed as a professional investigator by the Minnesota Board of Private Detectives and Protective Agents and the Wisconsin Department of Safety & Professional Services.  \n\n\n\nThis presentation is designed to teach HR professionals how to conduct thorough\, professional investigations of internal matters that meet legal and ethical requirements.
