Event Description:

Lt. Scott Goddard has been a licensed peace officer in Minnesota for over 21 years.  Currently, Lt. Goddard oversees the  Crow Wing County Sheriff's patrol, dispatch and training divisions of the sheriff’s office and is a joint commander for the tactical team.  Lt. Goddard is an instructor for firearms, force on force, active shooter and an ALICE instructor.
