Event Description:
The Community Workforce Inclusion Council (CWIC) engages with businesses who prioritize inclusive workforce practices, recognizes inclusive employers and connects them with diverse talent pools in the Brainerd region. Businesses who work with the CWIC are eligible for the Inclusive Workforce Employer (I-WE) designation, and are promoted as such through the CareerForce network and our local workforce service partners.  More information about the I-WE designation, employer resources, and regional training partners can be found online at: https://www.rwa-nw.org/inclusive-workforce-employer
