Originally from Minnesota, Aubin has held senior leadership roles across global markets, advising and leading teams for multinational clients including Adobe, BBC, HP, Nissan, P&G, and Volkswagen. Her global perspective, paired with deep local roots, allows her to turn big-picture strategy into practical, real-world solutions.
Outside of work, Aubin is a certified physical trainer, black belt in Judo, and mom of three. She brings discipline, resilience, and empathy to her leadership and is deeply committed to community impact through mentorship, grant writing, and service.
