Event Description:
Off Duty, Not Off the Hook!
In this session we will explore off duty misconduct and the legal implications surrounding them. Off duty conduct could include criminal behavior, social media activity, community conflict, political activities, moonlighting, etc. When can an employer address off duty behavior? When should we look the other way?
