LAHRA Quarterly Connection
We will have a table discussion on Hiring Felons, the do's and dont's.
Our facilitator will be Nicole Degidio from the MN Dept of Corrections and a fellow co-worker. Nicole specializes in Juveniles, her co-worker will specialize in Adult felons. Both will be able to share their professional and personal experiences in reintroducing offenders back to society and into the workforce.
