Topic:  Disciplining Employees: Why it is important and how to do it effectively.
 
Speaker: Julie Fisk, Attorney from Quinlivan & Hughes
 
We’ll discuss the importance of properly documenting employee discipline from a legal standpoint and review how to appropriately document, discipline and, if needed, terminate employees while minimizing legal risk.
