Event Description:
Since around 3500 BC horses have been teaming up with humans working for us and on us, and much more.  Today we will explore how in the age of technology horses are still able to help us develop and connect with ourselves and others and live and work authentically, effectively, and harmoniously.  Horses require leadership and care.  They value safety, comfort, nourishment, and play.  You will trot off from today’s lunch presentation with a practice for EQuine™ self- awareness and an introduction to a model by Linda Kohanov on “socially intelligent leadership” styles.
