Justin Terch
Justin is the Legislative Director for MN SHRM since 2020. He regularly coordinates with members of the MN Legislature, testifies at hearings, and chairs the MN Legislative Committee. Owner of Terch and Associates Consulting in Duluth, where he leads internal investigations, executive recruiting, and corporate security operations with a team of seven.
Justin will be speaking on mid-year 2023 legislative updates while providing an overview of the MN legislature and HR initiative. He will dive into the legislative process, identify key legislators, and give any key updates on bills.
